1. Copy, paste, & fill out the form for which style commission you would like. 2 Types: "Character Drawing Commissions" and "Twitch Commissions".2. Send filled out form via any messenger system: e-mail, twitch, discord, Instagram, Facebook, or tumblr. Links can be found at the bottom of any page!3. I will make a quick reference/ concept sketch to which you can make alterations before I begin the commission.4. Upon approval of concept sketch, you will be required to pay the full amount before I continue working on your commission.5. Payments are done via the Rhea Sarama Artworks Business PayPal. the e-mail provided to me will receive an invoice and link to pay. This is the easiest and most secure payment option. (You may also choose to pay through my Ko-Fi link as an alternative method, just let me know that you would prefer this method instead. Price may very a dollar or two as Ko-Fi only pays in increments of $3 USD)6. Upon payment, it is implied that you agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page.7. There is no set deadline, but I will give you an estimated time and keep you updated.
- I juggle college, a day job, and my beloved art commissions. Life happens unexpectedly. I keep in touch with all of my patrons when situations arise.
- I also send WIP (Work in progress) screenshots as I work to show the progress and continual communications and feedback with my patrons.8. There are no refunds except for emergency situations. And absolutely no refunds after completion.9. Once work is completed I will e-mail you the full completed file of the artwork.10. I reserve the rights to the art works to use in my online shops and social medias.
- I have a redbubble if patrons are interested in getting professional quality prints and more! I would be more than happy to upload commissioned artwork for my patrons to get high quality merch.
- YES! You may post your commissioned art anywhere you would like as long as I am credited.I reserve the right to change this information at any time.
